scioUbi: Protein Profiling and Ubiquitination Status

Protein abundance and ubiquitination analysis in one step with our high-throughput scioUbi platform.

Simultaneous detection of protein levels & ubiquitination status of > 1,500 proteins.

Our scioUbi service combines comprehensive protein profiling using scioDiscover with analysis of the corresponding protein ubiquitination patterns. Covering more than 1,500 proteins, the platform provides deep insights into key regulatory pathways involved in processes such as protein degradation, signal transduction, and cellular stress responses.

scioUbi enables a fast and cost-effective in-depth analysis of protein abundance and ubiquitination from minute sample amounts — including human biospecimens, organoid models, cell cultures, and animal models. Our full-service workflow includes expert data analysis, delivering valuable insights into ubiquitin-related regulatory mechanisms and disease processes for preclinical and translational research.

"We collaborated with Sciomics GmbH in Germany to analyze proteomics data from blood samples of kidney transplant recipients and liver perfusates during normothermic machine perfusion. Throughout the process, Sciomics provided exceptional support, ensuring timely data delivery and valuable assistance with data analysis. Their expertise and commitment have been instrumental in advancing our research, and we are currently using their data in multiple manuscript submissions. I highly recommend Sciomics for their reliable service and expertise in proteomics."
